Job Description

Job Summary:

• Managing the team and driving the quality aspect of data and resources in all projects and establish various QC mechanisms
• Planning and scheduling as per the dates of briefing, field work and dispatch etc. so as to avoid delays
• Ensure to conduct quality control in an unbiased and timely manner
• Independent check/validation on process/project

• Quality Control team briefing and training on Market Research tools and basics
• Ensuring proper communication with Field, PMT, Global Operations and Client Servicing in some cases and guiding the Quality Control Associates accordingly so as to manage the resources effectively
• Ensuring Quality Control is the helping hand of Data Acquisition and not the fault finder (as the general perception is)
• Initiate ad-hoc audit based on need basis (triggered by client)
• Real time monitoring/listening to the recorded interviews (CATI Projects) and giving feedback
• Maintaining the proper updates/follow ups required for smooth functioning of the Quality Control processes as per the norms
• Reviewing the reports including in process checks, final reports etc.
• Preparation of periodic project completion details (PCD)
• Assisting and motivating the team to ensure the effective work performance
• Has to take care of providing adequate infrastructural support to Quality Control Associates to function properly
• Taking decisions on the critical projects
• Leverage learning from previous projects and use it to enhance the efficiency of associates
• Provide feedback to CS on the findings of the Quality Control checks
• Ensure execution of all projects with allocated Quality Control budgets
• Ensuring the timely settlements of remuneration and reimbursements of the team

Skills

• College graduate (MBA desired)
• Exposure to Data Acquisition with 6-8 years of experience in Market Research. Experience in Quality Control is an added advantage
• Knowledge of market research industry and tools used in it
• Skillful in team management
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
