Senior Personnel / Payroll Officer

Job Description

1. Supervises personnel administration procedures of new employees (job offers, employment & contracts, sponsorship etc).



2. Supervise HR team on D/D work and ensure database is up to date and accurate (Attendance, memorandums, leaves ... etc).

3. Payroll processing and reporting.

4. Supervise implementation of HR policies and Kuwait Labor Law regulations.

5. Streamline process with finance and other department.

6. Supervise all governmental relation daily work and ensure company records in line with governmental rules and regulations.

7. Maintaining the electronic and manual filing system.

Skills

1. Experience minimum 5 years
2. Expert in governmental rules, regulation, process and national manpower governmental process and laws.
3. Good writing skills.
4. Fluent English language (writing / speaking)

Education

B.A degree in related field
