Sales Training Manager Job - Arab Dairy

>• Provide technical and administrative training for new hires
• Develop, maintain and enhance new hire training materials
• Design, deliver and evaluate instructor-led courses
• Work with Training Lab Assistant to design, plan and conduct laboratory exercises, including cadaver labs

• Continuously revise and update training materials and content for the benefit of the learner and in order to reflect new techniques, new products and new training technology as well as changes in the market
• Assess strengths and weaknesses of trainees via participant evaluations
• Adapt courses as needed to meet the needs of international participants
• Maintain and enhance technical and market knowledge through regular field visits, attendance at related courses and self-study
• Provide relevant technical training for employees in parts of the organization other than sales, including Product Development, manufacturing and corporate
• Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times
• Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer
