Basic Criteria : Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Working hours: From 7:00 To 4:00
Location : saudi arabia
Salary:12000-18000 L.E / month..available for negotiation

(pocess engineer 's job description: Provide required technical support in troubleshooting chronic issues of safety, environment, process, quality, etc for Ethyl-benzene and Styrene units. Provide support to enhance and incorporate new technologies for improving long-term reliability issues plant wide. Update/Review Key/Critical operating conditions(KOP/COP) for the units. Set new process-related KOP’s / COP’s and review / approve changes. Set Raw material & Product Specification, if needed. Can perform process engineering calculations/simulations related to EB-Styrene units. Can prepare Management of Change (MOC) technical assurance package. Developing Process Safety competency among other staff on Desk top Safety Reviews, HAZOP, HEMP, LOPA,SGM, API520/521,Alarm management etc. Advice Production Organization by proactive monitoring of catalyst performance. Prepare monthly/annual unit performance reports highlighting achievements and areas of improvements. )

Participate and lead safety RCAs, Root Cause Analysis Investigations. Audit implementations of process safety recommendations. Track actions of PHA and other audits. Assuring compliance with existing process safety standards and requirements. Pre Start up safety reviews Hazards & Effects Management (HEMP) of identified area. Developing Process Safety competency among other staff on Desk top Safety Reviews, HAZOP, HEMP, LOPA,SGM, API520/521,Alarm management etc. Preparing and presenting Management Reports on Process Safety Key Performance Indicators and providing process safety assurance Monitoring and disseminating industry expertise and best practices through the facilitation of workshops and provision of trainings Advising stakeholders on potential process/ technical safety risks and offering support in finding solutions to lower risks )
