The Development Team Lead’s role’s to coordinate between the department’s activities, ensure quality and timely completion of work, and assist in operational matters. They evaluate the work and recommend needed changes based on analysis. They help and direct staff in all their functions like preparing reports, maintaining databases… etc. Their role is to follow the company’s policy and procedures and efficiently supervise the staff accordingly.
