Perform all accounting tasks from recording journal entries and posting on the GL or intended module to preparing and filing related documentation and data.
Prepare financial statements and financial reports as per request.
Manage & Supervise project cost accounts to measure margin of profit produced.
Review trial Balance and reconcile the accounts as necessary.
Coordinate with purchasing department and project manager to organize the payments to suppliers.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution to vendor payment disputes; identify trends and solutions to minimize payment errors that cause vendor disputes.
Comply with accounting policies and procedures as per request.
Have three to four years of experience in accounting using a computerized accounting system: Microsoft Dynamics; Navy; Axapta.
Preferable experience in the following sectors: Agriculture - Greenhouses, Industrial production.
Working knowledge with standard costing.
Willing to relocate to Al Kharj area.
Good academic background and performance.
