Answer customer’s calls and improve customer satisfaction over the phone
Requirements:
• Fluent in English “ Speakin&Understanding”
• University Graduated

• Able to work on shift basis” NO OVER NIGHT SHIFTS”
• Flexibility to work at Zahraa el maadii
• Age ranges from 20 to 27
• Able to work immediately “notice period 1 week”.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Customer oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
