Job description
• Initiate new calls to generate interest and arrange for appointments with prospective customers
• Schedule appointments for sales to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales
presentations
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, telephones and enter data into computers
• follow up on third party providers
Qualifications
• Good user for Microsoft Office -Excel, Word, and Outlook-
• Preferably excellent command of English [Spoken & Written]
• Preferably 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service
