Open vacancy in multinational pharmaceutical company
Work location: Maadi
Working hours : 9 AM- 5PM Sunday to Thursday.

Tile: Financial Admin

Gender : Male

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good command in written/ spoken English.
• Good computer and internet skills.

• Knowledge in spreadsheet, word processor.

Responsibilities:
• Updating checks log with new, ready, and delivered checks.
• Handling manual and automatic checks and transfers authorization.
• Photocopying signed and delivered checks and transfers.
• Monthly checks physical count for bank reconciliation purpose.
• Receive invoices and record them on EDR - excel- sheet.
• Daily scanning and rescanning invoices as requested by accountants.
• Updating EDR – Excel - sheet with scanned items and sending it to GP team for EDR reconciliation purpose.
• Receive GT&E claims from employees and recording them on Excel.
• Sending GT&E claims to UK for scanning and performing a reconciliation on Excel.
• Filing entries.
• Filing of invoices recorded on Newgen workflow system items (Scanned, completed, pending, ready for payment)
• Physical count for invoices recorded on Newgen workflow system.
• Preparing reports with not ready checks.
• Preparing reports with transfers not delivered to the bank.
