HR Manager Job - Tagoury's House

- Manages HR operations including recruitment, benefits and compensation, payroll, training and development, retention, performance appraisals…etc.

- Responsible for ensuring the development of appropriate Training.

- Responsible for Developing Comp & Ben Strategies with CEO.


- Responsible for Recruitment, ensures that behavioral based interviewing is conducted properly to focus on hiring quality people versus quantity.

- Ensures that the business is properly running in accordance with Standards Safety, Security& local legislations & authorities (social insurance, labour office).

- Follow up the implementation of internal rules in accordance to Tagoury's House's HR Policies.

Follow up the reduction of team members’ annual leave balance as in the preset annual target.

- Follow up the reports to be submitted to labour office & social insurance.

- Ensures that Payroll is paid correctly & smoothly in the appropriate time across the Company.

- Track and follow up on attendance of all employees.

- Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly

- Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure and keeping a hard copy of the records for each department)

- Employee Files’ preparation and receiving the required hiring documents from the Recruitment Specialist.

- Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then send the forms to the specialist to issue the contract.
