We are looking to recruit an Interactive Media Team Leader who will be responsible for creating Rich Media Mobile Advertising and Advertising games by using HTML5 tools in our Egypt office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead creation and development of Interactive Media Mobile Advertising and Advertising games by using HTML5
• Provide creative critique and recommendations for advertising campaigns
• Responsible for the testing of new products such as Interactive Media Advertising in HTML5 and involvement in the development, implementation and execution of test cases/criteria/specifications
• Manage, lead, and mentor the Interactive Media Team
• Take ownership of the Interactive Media Team
• Maintain regular contact with 3C Team for any technical issues
• Conduct regular communication with the Marketing, Product Strategy and Project Teams
• Create relevant documentation as requested and helps to maintain the quality and integrity of it
• Contribute to the organizational development projects
• Maintain effective communication within the Interactive media team so that ideas can be shared
• Stay up to date on new web technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience managing a development team with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
• Experience in working with HTML5
• Highly preferred: experience with online Flash games, mobile advertising, video advertising and motion graphics/animation
• Experience in working with ad development on mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Droid)
• Experience in working with interactive development utilizing Adobe Flash
• Optional: Flash Action script 2.0 and 3.0. Experience with core graphic software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
• Experience in managing creative designers and resourcing creative talent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical audiences
