Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts strategic accounts sales calls, and maintains a professional and credible business relationship with them.
Conducts regular client’s visits and calls, and identifies and closes new sales deals.
Understands comprehensively the client’s IT environment, identifies and creates the need and presents the company service product range accordingly.
Coordinates with the pre-sales team in highly complex offers.
Grasp new tender opportunities in the market, assess their potentiality for the company.
Prepares regular services’ financial and technical proposals independently.
Follows-up on clients’ arising complaints or additional needs, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment and optimum client satisfaction.
Keeps the client regularly updated with the newly posted schedules, new courses, and new products, while also keeping self-updated on the clients’ IT environment.
Prepares and submits a weekly sales report.

Profile
Successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an excellent command of all Microsoft Office programs.
Communications Engineer or Computer Science Preferred. Any other discipline with very strong IT background.
6+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
Experience in education field is certainly a plus.
Person must be very organized and able to multi-task on several concurrent but different projects all while maintaining various timelines for completion.
Candidate must be able to work without constant direct supervision, and seek ways to streamline his work processes to maximize personal productivity.

Inside Sales Representative

Drive sales, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities with the walk-in customers, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target.
Identifies and creates the need wherever possible and presents the company service product range accordingly.
Follows-up on clients’ arising complaints or additional needs, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment and optimum client satisfaction.
Prepares regular services’ financial and technical proposals independently.
Keeps the client regularly updated with the newly posted schedules, new courses, and new products, while also keeping self-updated on the clients’ IT environment changes and upgrades, to ensure grasping any potential opportunity before competition
Established and maintains a credible and professional relationship with all his/ her client.
Prepares and submits a weekly sales report.

Profile

Knowledge typically gained through 2 years inside sales experience or other experience dealing directly with customers.
Experience in IT is certainly a plus.
