Admin Coordinator.


Urgently Required: Admin Coordinator.
Location: Giza.

Tasks :

- Prepare, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet.
- Assist in development, preparation and delivery of reports, proposals, presentations and official correspondence.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances
- Prepare, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing and spreadsheet

Job requirements:

- Gender: Male
- 0 - 1 year experience.
- The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription.
- Very good in English.
- Presentable.
- Excellent administrative skills.
