Description A Creative Director oversees the creative team to help develop the companys creative product for clients. This team includes copywriters and designers. He also works with Account Executives to make sure the clients needs are being met and the creative goals are on track. He develops every aspect of an ad campaign based on the clients marketing plan, conceptualize those ideas for clients, assign projects to staff and verify the clients deadlines are being met. Responsibilities: 1.Attend strategy meetings for new business. 2.Meet with creative team to check the status on current projects and assign new projects. 3.Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop ad campaigns based on clients needs. 4.Create advertising proposals for clients. 5.Pitch concepts to clients. 6.Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project. 7.Work with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management. 8.Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
Qualifications 1.At least 4 years management experience working with large-scale web sites, e-marketing, and advertising. 2.Ability to lead a team of creative designers. 3.Solid background in copy writing and/or design. 4.Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, PowerPoint and other programs usually required to apply. 5.Must be able to manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership. 6.Knowledge of each step of an ad campaigns process , to give creative direction, 7.Knowledge of mobile ads and video ads. 8.Work on schedule and meet clients advertising expectations. 9.A strong working knowledge of brand development and social media.
