Job Title:  Inside Sales Shipping
Job Description:
·        To contact potential and current customers on a daily basis through sales calls and/or telesales pursuing and promoting our services in accordance with an agreed pipeline.
·        To efficiently attend customer requests relating to rates and quoted and ensure smooth transition to CUS department once business is landed.
·        Be responsible in following and meeting the Key Performance Indicators as well as the budget agreed for this job.
Qualifications:
•     Shipping Experience is a MUST
•     High communication skills.
•     Capable of managing outbound call targets and pulling reports.
•     Self – motivated.
•     Customer oriented.
Good English language
                1-3 Years experience Shipping/Logistics/Forwarding.
