We are currently hiring for Cairo branch the following vacancies:
Job Title: Office Manager (Job code = STS-OFM01)
 Job Description
 • Develop a positive report with internal & external customers to manage the executive’s schedule.
 • Responsible for assignments which may be confidential & time-sensitive requiring of professionalism & a high degree of judgment & initiative to successfully complete.
 • Coordinate & schedule meetings & activities for CEO.
 Handle all logistics & administrative issues associated with support of the CEO.
 • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
 Draft meeting minutes & monitor various reports submitted to the CEO.
 • Draft, type & dispatch all the CEO’s correspondence.
 • Maintain a comprehensive filling system.
 • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
 Requirements and Qualification
 • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent education in a related discipline is preferred.
 • From 0 to 2 maximum years of experience in IT Field.
 • Fluent in English language

 • Proactively seek to optimize the CEOs time, making recommendations regarding internal workflow and streamlining company operations.
 • Must have the ability to think strategically, “big picture, " recognizing impact of decisions on the company and pay attention to details.
 • Must be able to communicate articulately, clearly and concisely (verbal and written) and know what, when and how to communicate depending on audience and subject matter (sensitivity and timing).
