Description 1. Perform data entry for all operational activities occurring on a daily basis and maintaining an updated database for customer service transactions 2. Welcome customers, provide support and answer all inquiries concerning blood analysis tests prices, availability and timing as well as any general information regarding his/her branch 3. Take customers complaints and raise them to either his/her Branch Manager or and Customer Care Manager 4. Receive receipts from customers and blood tests reports from his/her Branch Manager and issue an invoice for the customer for cash collection 5. Ensure that customers are getting a satisfactory treatment and an efficient service during the daily customer service activities 6. Ensure promoting to the customers and offer the new and existing services and tests 
Qualifications 1. 1+ years of practical experience in the field customer service and call centers 2. Medical background is an advantage
Gender Any
Education major Business Administration 
Experience 1 - 2 Years. 
Other Skills 1. Presentable and has effective communication skills 2. Customer oriented 3. Has problem solving skills
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
