Description Provide receptionist services such as: Greet and assist visitors, Answer phones, direct calls and respond to inquiries.
Provide full assistance and administer the day-to-day work of the office procedures and systems that ensure efficient office operations.
Co-ordinate, and support all employees in different departments and utilize for company communication. 
Send, Receive, review and screen incoming mails, e-mails, voice mails, memos and faxes.
Assists in writing and formatting of required documents.
Initiate and maintain a variety of resource materials, files and records (computerized and manual )
for various areas and subjects as well as maintaining and updating resource materials to aid efficient departmental operations 
Order and dispenses office supplies.
Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements including: hotel reservations, airlines booking, transportation, accommodation and visa. 
Provides coordination for meetings, administrative support, presentations preparation, data collection, filing applications, etc. 
Archives all documents.
Attending meetings inside the office, taking minutes – typing meeting minutes & reminding of any point that needs follow-up.


Qualifications Excellent English.
Excellent in using Ms Office
Results oriented & multi task and high organized
High ability to work under pressure.
