Description Executive Secretary - French Speaker. The candidate shall be handling all the following administrative duties: -Secretarial duties, i.e. filing, faxes, typing, correspondences, presentations. -Taking minutes of meetings. -Reservations and arranging for meetings. -Follow-up on pending issues. -Coordinating between the department and other departments in the company. -Filtering all incoming calls and correspondences.
Qualifications - Fluency in French is a MUST. - 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field. - Very presentable. - Excellent Communication skills.
