Training Operation manager

Asga Academy is looking for “Training Operation manager”
Job type: Full Time

Job responsibilities and duties:

1. Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external training organizations (local and international) , Divisions and other outsource Organizations for planning and implementing training programs.
 2. Make training needs evaluation surveys and its analysis to identify the training nee
ds and the required programs across the Boarders Security Sector.
 3. Develop and design training plans (Session topics , key elements and training manuals) and prepare for the Specialized Training Center yearly strategic training plan.
 4. Supervise and monitor external training programs with other organizations and makes evaluations and reports.
 5. Make reports to the Training Director with the achievements, difficulties, training plan, schedules, and needed training tools.
6. Share scientific and training programs, conferences and scientific meetings held by the training institutions in order to develop my experience and be up-to-date with latest courses and technologies
 7. Interpret participant feedback, create change processes and implement throughout delivery teams.
 8. Determine annual and quarterly throughput for required training courses.
 9. Identify and process all month end, quarter end and year end accruals needed with finance.
 10. researching markets to identify opportunities for Training Events events;
 11. liaising with clients to ascertain their precise training event requirements;
 12. Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
 13. Agreeing to and managing a budget;
 14. Securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
 15. ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to;
 16. coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;
 17. organizing facilities for hospitality and the media;
 18. Identifying and securing speakers or special guests;
 19. Planning room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations;
 20. Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings;
 21. selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners;
 22. preparing delegate packs and papers;
 23. liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event;
 24. liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures;
 25. Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.

Experience: 5 years experience in the same responsibilities
