Required for a Multinational petroleum company Located in Maadi a Temporary employee for the position of a Treasurer for a time period of 4 MONTHS ONLY
Responsibilities
• Preparing and Following up the payment of salary taxes and social insurance on monthly basis and withholding taxes quarterly." • reviewing all the payments with the required supporting document in coordination with the internal control specialist." • Preparing cheques and cash transfers.
• Entering payments to the bank balance sheet to monitor all credit amounts compared to bank accounts to ensure balances covering the requested payments and make the bank reconciliation monthly."
• Handling and following up with the bank and confirm the bank reception of the transfer and getting a copy of the transfer letter stamped by the bank."
• Following up the bank accounts using Internet banking to ensure the transfer of requested amounts from partners
• Preparing payment vouchers including taxes, cost allocation and net amounts to be paid.
Pre Requisites
•From 2 to 4 years’ experience
• University Degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Very Good command of English language written and spoken.
• Computer skills: MS Office: Excel, Word.
• Familiar with Accounting software (Sun system is preferred).
