Our client is a leading company in Cairo, Egypt seeking to hire Analyzing Engineer with the below criteria:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for testing & trouble shooting of PCB assembly failures and provide quick solutions to the production lines.
Understand in depth the product functioning and electronics circuits to help reduce the debugging and repair time.
Train & develop analysis technicians to debug the PCBA.
Root cause analysis of the product defects.
Ensuring availability of debug tools & measuring instrument required for analyzing the product failures.
Ensuring availability of required tools and consumables for repairing the defected products.
Preparing product defect Pareto and corrective action reports.
Ensuring the maintenance of all debug tools / measuring instrument and rework tools / equipment.
Escalating critical & repeated product failures.
Continuous interaction with CFT for line feedback and process & quality improvement on daily / weekly basis.
Requirements
-Bachelor of Engineering ( Electronics & Communications )
-1-2 years of experience (Analyzing electronic circuits in an electronics industry. Hands on or willing to be hand on this field)
-Knowledge on analyzing digital and analog circuit boards.
-Knowledge on electronic components characteristics.
-Knowledge on electronic test instruments.
