Duties & Responsibilities:
1.       Contributes in setting the Human Resources annual objectives of the company in compliance to the Group's strategic directions, and monitors its timely execution.

2.     Monitors the proper execution of the approved HR policies and procedures and ensure the full awareness of all employees in the company of the set policies and procedures.

3.       Prepares the estimated annual budget for the Human Resources activities, and directs all activities within the approved budget and monitors any deviations.

4.     Sets work plans for different HR activities based on the specified objectives and KPIs, directs the implementation of the approved plans, and prepares periodic reports that reflect achievements compared to the set plans.

5.     Participates in setting the annual manpower plan of the company based on actual needs of different departments, and sets a recruitment plan accordingly, and coordinates with the concerned departments to identify the selection criteria and the required qualifications.

6.     Follows up the execution of the recruitment plan, conducts HR interviews, directs the selection process ensuring the compliance with the set competencies, follows up technical interviews feedback, and reviews the candidates’ short-lists and monitors the hiring procedures.

7.     Directs and follows up the periodic performance appraisal process according to the set policies and procedures, ensures the compliance to the set timeframes, reviews and analyzes appraisal results and ensures providing the feedback to direct mangers.

8.     Supervises the preparation of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) based on appraisal results, prepares the training plan and cost ensuring the compliance to the approved budgets, monitors its execution, and ensures assessing the effectiveness of training programs on the staff performance and skills.

9.     Manages the implementation of structural changes and employees placements, directs job analysis process ensuring the proper communication with the company departments.

10.  Monitors all employee services activities, manages the preparation of the monthly payroll, and follows up the implementation of personnel related decision (promotions, penalties, layoff…etc.), receive and investigates employees’ complaints and grievances, and recommends the appropriate actions.

11.  Conducts job satisfaction surveys, and analyzes the feedback, and recommends appropriate action to ensure employees retention, and conveys the staff views concerning HR policies and procedures for human resources and proposes the necessary improvements.

12.  Liaises with HR service providers, coordinates consulting projects and provides the necessary information, and ensures the proper implementation of the consultant recommendations.
