VACANCY: Purchasing Supervisor
At Multinational FMCG
Job Description:
• Ensures the availability of raw, packing materials & all Company needs in a competitive price & in the right time to ensure the execution of the production plan.
• Follow up the orders’ quantities & arrival dates at the factory.
• Checking the invoices versus delivered quantities in terms of (price & quantity) before financial approval.
• Follow up with suppliers the shipment & arrival dates.
• Ensure providing all departments with needed materials, tools, spare parts, small purchase, vehicles (trucks, vans, uniforms, stationery, spare parts etc…) in the right time with a competitive price.
• Design and implement supplier development programs.
• Follow the suppliers’ performance and implement supplier assessment rules.
• Direct reporting : Purchasing Manager
• Age limit : 25-32
• Years of Experience : More than 4 years
