System /Business Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
Write and maintain system documentation, user manuals.
Candidate must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business and marketing requirements to translate into a project plans.
Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Familiar with Agile methodologies (user stories, sprints, …)
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years total software development, 1+ as system analyst, maximum 10 years of total experience.
B.Sc. degree of computer science or related field.
Excellent analysis skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
Excellent knowledge on UML
Recommended to have e-business solution +online payment
Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment.
