Job Title: Administrative Sales Executive

1) They handle a multitude of sales/administrative tasks.
a) They answer phones for clients’ inquiries; follow
up on sales calls and Interact with clients on the phone to provide information regarding the company and its products.
b) Preparation of written correspondence, e-mail, fax, reports, price offers, and expense reimbursement forms.
c) Creates and promotes a professional image of integrity and sincerity in relationships with clients and other business contacts.
d) Maintains the business calendar.
2) Administrative Sales enter data related to sales and clients into computers, make a sale and keep track of sales-related records and progress reports.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products.
* The ability to deal with all types of contacts using effective diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent Listening, analytical, communication, presentation, persuasion and business writing skills.
* Excellent Computer Skills (In both Arabic & English).
* Good command of English language (Written & Spoken).
* Presentable, Energetic and work well alone and as member of a team.
* Be able to build rapport and professional relationship with a clients.
* Preferably Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis or their suburbs.

Working hours: Saturdays to Thursdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Only Friday OFF)
