Description Key job duties are; — Maintain and update organization structure to assist management in implementing required organizational changes to achieve company mission and to be aligned with organization strategy. — Work closely with line managers to conduct Job Analysis & proper well written JDs for existing and newly hired positions to ensure full awareness for all employees — Prepare the yearly Manpower plan and submit it to the HR director for reviewing and approval. — Prepare the yearly training plan and budget including vocational and management and soft skills programs based on the yearly performance management system outcomes. — Communicate performance management project with line managers and follow up on them to ensure their proficiency and smooth work operation. — Administer periodical employee survey to be able to measure the employees motivation and satisfaction in order to maintain high performance and productivity. — Supervise HR events activities; recruitment events, training programs and other related events. — Prepare all the necessary data and statistics relating to recruitment and training issues and submit to the HR director for review and approve. 
Qualifications HR Diploma is a must requirement.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
