Fleet Operations Supervisor

Fleet Operations Supervisor 
Main Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Read and execute operation plan
-  Manage drivers directly 
- Manage logistics coordinators directly 
- Manage logistics Admins directly 
- Assign drivers on each truck 
- Responsible for efficiency KPIs and standards of the fleet 
- Analyze trip delays and implement changes to process to save time 
- Responsible to create incentive schemes for drivers and motivate them 
- Manage operation WO and ensure WO is being executed in the right time and in the right condition 
- Own the GPS system.

Qualifications and KSA’s  required : 

- Bachelor degree (preferably in Business Administration)
- Must have very good understanding of the roads
- Very good communication skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Organized and able to work under stress
- Very good management skills
- Truck technical knowledge is a plus
- Preferably has background in logistics and land transportation field.
- 5+ years in Transportation field
