Dear all,
I'm looking to hire an HR Specialist with 2-3 years of experience. Below is a description of the position.
Job Description:-
•Assist managers with administrative HR processes.
• Responsible for personnel files and documents according to labor law and company standards.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, permissions and vacations of employees.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
• Serve as a link between management & employees by handling questions & helping resolve work-related problems
• Preparing and ensuring monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions (hires, termination, leaves, loans, overtime, incentive, special bonus, -----, etc.).
• Handling the training process from putting the training plan, knowing our company’s training needs start search for good offers.
Qualifications:-
•HR Certificate or Post Graduate diploma will be a great asset
. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Communication skills and soft skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to initiate and manage multiple projects.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
