Role Overview:
The Services Inside Sales Representative (SISR) is the inside Services account relationship owner for Premier. SISRs works as a Premier sales specialists, and are aligned by segment. SISR's are responsible for up to 300-400 accounts with 30 and 75 being renewal customers depending on territory and contract complexities (global, blended agreements, etc.).

The SISR is: 
•Responsible for positioning and selling Premier Support in assigned accounts (driving annual contract renewals and add-ons, as well as new business)
•Assigned to either Enterprise or Small & Medium business territories (May be assigned to both in smaller territories)
•Premier sales contact (internally with Enterprise or Small & Medium business territories and externally with customers)
•Primarily responsible for performing an office bound sales function with some outside selling
•Accountable for attaining the agreed invoiced revenue quota for Product Group (PG) in assigned accounts
•Responsible for contributing to high overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree (required) or BA/BS degree (preferred) 

Experience:
Field Software/Product/Technology Sales, Inside/field sales or consulting/support position or the equivalent. Knowledgeable or experienced in the typical IT life-cycle with a good understanding of Operations and Support. Background in product support, maintenance and/or consulting services is also helpful. Experience/skills in influencing others, Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiations.
2-6 years of related experience
Required: Associate’s Degree 
Preferred:Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) 
Training and Certficates: Sales 
Sales Methodologies (equivalent to MSSP), Sales tools - Account Planning, Customer Relationship and Opportunity Management (e.g. Siebel, GSX or other). Also Sales planning, Opportunity Management, Customer Relationship management, effective marketing tactics, negotiation, financial analysis.
IT 
Industry-specific certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation) 
Business 
Business Planning, Territory Planning, Business development, Negotiation, Financial analysis, Pipeline Management, Customer Service Management
