Description The key focus of the role is to contribute to the development of the Regional Talent and Develop/Drive implementation of the learning initiatives/program for the owned/managed hotels in the region. Ensure coordination, monitoring and continual improvement of all learning and development related activities and responsible for selecting, developing, supporting and evaluating/improving performance of all the L&D managers, L&D personnel in the region.  
Qualifications • Oral presentation skills for conducting learning events with team members representing all levels of the organization • Written communication skills to produce professional learning events, accessible for all levels of the organization • Knowledge of or experience in all aspects of hotel operations • Ability to regularly follow up on hotel learning activities and adjust actions based on results • Ability to deal with the senior level managers whilst exploring sensitive or controversial issues • Ability to travel to hotels and stay overnight to attend and conduct presentations and learning events •

Experience 6 - 9 Years. 
Other Skills • Position requires extensive travel Basic mathematical ability sufficient to perform elementary budgetary computations • Knowledge of adult learning theory and training methods • Strong facilitation skills • Strong customer service orientation to support all external and internal customers • Consulting and advisory skills • Ability to use a computer and be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint • Knowledge of performance management systems • Knowledge of talent management •
