Admin Assistant/ Receptionist

A Multinational Company located in Maadi is seeking to hire urgently an Admin Assistant/ Receptionist with the following:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree holder
• 1-3 years experience in administrative work (Reference check is needed)
• Very good English both written and spoken
• Computer skills: full awareness of Microsoft Office and web usage

Skills:
• Very well organized
• High sense of responsibility and seriousness 
• Punctual
• Able to work under pressure (meeting deadlines...etc) and with multi tasks with an ability to prioritize work
• Very good communication skills
• Extremely DYNAMIC
• Potential and ambition to promote her/his career and to develop herself and to within the company
