Community Service Center Manager - North Coast & Porto Sokhna

A Residential Compound in North Coast & Porto Sokhna is looking to hire a Community Service Center Manager 

Job requirements:
1- College experience , hospitality enforcement or FM related professional position
2- Demonstrated success performing in a supervisory position
3- Has at least 3-5 prior experience in FM or hospitality industry preferable
4- Shall be familiar with working in hospitable, and cheerfulness industry
5- Excellent verbal and writing skills in his mother tongue as well as English language.
6- Conversational second language skills
7- Must have computer and analytical skills
8- Must be able to respond well under stress, pressure and in emergency cases

Responsibilities:

1- Management and administration of the TFM CSC We Care program
2- Schedule the daily work tasks, and distribution to team members.
3- Schedule lunch breaks, meanwhile, maintain the work area is properly and adequately covered.
4- Handle guest complaints, solve it, and post feedback.
5- Selection, training and performance of all TFM property agents
6- Creates, writes and maintains a the CSC filing system
7-Keeps the General Manager fully informed about all CSC related matters
8- Plans and organizes the CSC Department’s staff and activities
9- Implements and supervises the TFM key control 
10-Controls CSC related reports and actions of other Departments
