Female Secretary

Our client is a leading company in Cairo, Egypt seeking to hire Female Secretary with the below criteria:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Set up & coordinate meetings, conferences & events.
• Record minutes of meetings & conduct follow up with the concerned persons.
• Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference

Requirements:

- 1 - 2 years of experience. 
- English proficiency.
- Female. 
- Salary Range : 1500 to 2000.
- location :Heliopolis.
