Years of experience: 3-5
Skills: Good user of SAP Or Oracle (any ERP application) is a must
Education: University degree with professional qualifications
Salary: Up to 7,000L.E
Fulfilling customers and organization’s requirements, in line with organization’s
Policies and code of conduct, efficiently and promptly by excelling in his job.
- Handling orders process, starting from receiving it , advising required delivery
Dates, compiling shipments and making Equipment price splitting.
- Co-delivering shipments based on good judgment on cost and time factors to
Control original documents according to terms of delivery and contract.
- Follow up for customer’s shipments status update and documentation
Inquires/requests.
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and following up receiving, revising order
Confirmation and delivery dates negotiations.
- Monitoring for order shipment coordination with TP Export, to follow up on
Ensure receiving complete shipping instructions.
- Obtain freight quotations with shippers and monitor communication with TP
Export.
