Senior Export Officer

Senior Export Officer is required for Egyptian company in the field of glasses 
Experience: 3-5 years 
Experience in export and market research. 
Languages: Very good in French is a must
Very good in English 
Salary: not less than 5,000 L.E /plus bounce 

Tasks &duties:
Conducts market analysis of international business environment relating to the glass manufacturing industry including Potential Entrants, Buyers, Suppliers, Substitutes and Current Competitors.
Translate findings related to market research and analysis into service opportunities in existing and new markets and determine the indicators that might positively or negatively affect the company’s future operations. 
• Develops and maintains an accurate database including all details and information related to the company competitors such as the strategic position of major competitors, their assets, planned investment, and expansion plans, etc.
Develops a competitive product pricing strategy with top management and ensures its execution.

Participates in international exhibitions to contribute in building the company’s brand identity among its targeted clients. 

Ensures customer retention and development through continuous monitoring of the customer satisfaction surveys (including product quality, price, etc) and ensure that appropriate actions are taken with regards to the results of the surveys.
• Ensures the accuracy, quality and efficiency of proposals submitted to targeted clients.
• Creates a desired and distinguishable company image in the market and develops brand equity. 
• Ensures the distinctiveness of the company’s products among competitors according to quality standards and client satisfaction. 
• Monitors the process of product distribution, design distribution channels and provides guidance on how to widen this process to cover up existing/potential markets. 
• Monitors the database of existing and potential customers’ profiles’ and contact persons, and provides guidance on how to approach potential clients and how to retain existing ones. 
• Ensures the communication and following up with existing/potential customers with current updates within the company. 
• Ensures the quality of presentations and demonstrations to existing/potential clients. 
• Responsible for receiving export orders through MGM web-site and other business-to-business websites.
• Implements credit and collections policy and procedures in co-ordination with Accounting.
Other skills: Planning and follow up skills.
• Knowledge of product distribution, quality, customer segmentation and pricing.
• Ability to interact with global clients at all levels of management to develop new business.
