QC Team Leader/Manager

software Tester 
Reports To: QC Team Leader/Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•Tests software programs to compare to specifications and documentations and make sure that they meet customer requirements.
•Identifies, analyzes, reports and documents defects and problems.
•Questions functions for errors, inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
•Assures that designed units are user friendly and flexible.
•Assures system usability and flexibility.
•Performs all types of testing (Unit, integration tests, system, stress tests, process tests and release test).
•Prepares and submits daily activity report to QC Team Leader/Manager.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) of related studies.
At least 3 years long practiced with CMMI level 3 or higher..
•Knowledge of ERP system
Track the NCs till closure.

•Understanding of testing methods, including testing methodology and automated testing.
•Ability to read, analyze and interpret functional and technical systems requirements.
•Logical thinking and attention to details.
•Good command of English language.
•Good communication and writing skills.
•Knowledge of ERP system is a plus.
