.Surveyor Grade II
Furgo seeks high-caliber professionals to join them as "Surveyor Grade II" in Cairo, Egypt. The position requires:
• B.Sc in a Survey related discipline (min HNC/HND or equivalent) / Recognized professional, technical or approved military service qualification/two years relevant industrial, military or academic experience
• 6 months experience including 40 operational days offshore and at least one geophysical survey, one rig move and assisted in vessel calibrations using land survey techniques.
• English language fluency.
• Good standard of IT literacy
The role of the Surveyor Grade II will involve multiple duties offshore survey operations, including equipment mobilization, calibrations, data acquisition and demobilization. Onshore survey operations and office duties may also be required. The Surveyor Grade II is expected to assist with appropriate training of the Junior Surveyors to ensure good working practices are maintained.
