A very big IT and Telecommunication company is looking for "Technical Support Agent'' with the following qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
• answer calls professionally
• respond to customer inquiries
• Research required information using available resources
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• follow up customer calls where necessary

Job Qualifications:
• 0-3 years of experience
• Communication or IT background
• Excellent command of English language
• Shift based job
