- Hardware problem identification ability.
- Familiar with Notebooks/PCs/Printers is highly required.
- Good command of English Language.
- Team worker/Work under pressure/Multitasking.
- Graduated from Engineering & Computer Science are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Hardware Problems and work on solving them.
- Escalate unsolved issues with a full details report.
- Routine maintenance and checkups.
- Creating daily/weekly/monthly/yearly report.
