The Web Designer role supports and owns creative campaigns and marketing-focused project initiatives. This role includes support of existing product content and imagery, maintain and provide ongoing design support of all Living Direct websites, landing page design & development, website UI design and full site development by use of Content Management Systems (Joomla, Wordpress, etc.), support for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Website Design: New site design and development projects including wireframes, branding, product detail pages and other supporting materials.
• Web Advertising: Create, modify and maintain online banner advertising for use on site, display networks and for affiliate program. (Static, Animated GIFF & Flash)
• Email: Build email HTML for Living Direct affiliated marketing.
• Requirements:
• Expertly skilled in CMS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS3.
• Skilled in Joomla, Wordpress.
• Have a good back ground in Database.
• Advanced knowledge of web best practices for efficiency of web images and file size.
• Modify existing offline creative to adapt to a web format.
• Highly creative and motivated to produce superior creative.
• Motivated self-starter that will take projects from idea to execution.
• Ability to use performance metrics to drive creative/design objectives
• Expert prioritization skills and ability to manage a heavy and ever-changing workload.
• Very good in English (Writing, reading and conversational).
• Very good in writing business emails.
• Working under stress.
• Eager to learn.
• Have internet savvy (Googling for new staff, Reading online articles.. etc).
Preferred Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience in relevant position.
• Basic understanding of usability testing and test planning.
• Experience working in offline media marketing: product catalog, direct mail marketing, or other advertising.
