Working to the Director of Customer Service we require a female native English tongue  to work as a Customer Service Assistant who can assist the Customer Service Team dealing with our clients both by email and by telephone, Must have knowledge of working on the internet and good communication skills, 
Background in Customer Service or Tourism essential is preferred, but no experience is required
 
This position is within a high quality Travel Agency so attention to detail is very very important
Working 6 days per week, 8 hours per day in our Nasr City Office
 

 salary is 2600 LE and bonus structure available
