Offer:
- 9 hours shift including 1 hour break; rotational from 9 am to 10 pm.
- Day off: 2 days off rotational basis.

Job Requirements:
- Own and manage the client relationship: resolving calls efficiency and effectively
- Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
- Work as part of a team to ensure offering world class customer service at all times.
- Be proactive with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer’s reception of the expected distinguished service.
- Accuracy in handling all assigned tasks
