Recruitment &Training Coordinator

1.Recruitment &Training Coordinator required for a fast growing training center located in Nasr City

Job duties:

Contact potential clients to introduce services provided by the Center

Post job adds on different recruitment channels

Screen CVs and manage data base effectively

Conduct telephone interviews and arrange for first and second run of interviews

Conduct necessary screening tests to potential candidates

Coordinate training session held on-site and off-site

Represent the center in recruitment campaigns

Administrative work: filling, printing, receiving telephone calls, etc.

Job qualifications:

University graduate of relevant discipline

Experience: 1-3 years of customer service, telesales, telemarketing or recruitment and training coordination experience

English: very good

Computer skills: MS Office, internet

Working days: Sunday- Thursday

Working hours: 9:30-5:00

Salary:L.E 1,000-1,200
