• Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
• Plan and manage sales resources according to agreed budgets.
• Contribute to formulation of sales policies and strategies

Targets new customers and new sales opportunities,
Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
Controlling the sales budget.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Key skills and experience
At least 4 years experience in Sales “Foot Production”
Up-to-date knowledge of Sales best practices
Business/strategic orientation
Interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership orientation
Project management skills
