Cisco Pre-Sales Job Description

Regarding Daily Job, it is His responsibility to:
1. Be Present in the office at 10 AM
2. Answer All Calls related to Cisco Category
3. Making Registration Form for all Clients with full information
4. Following up on the Clients 
5. Preparing classes with minimum number of clients according to the course (18 Candidate per class)
6. Suggest and Brain storm marketing Tools needed to achieve the Target
7. Prepare with the sales team leader Monthly Plan to be his Target during the month
8. Preparing the monthly and quarterly pipeline.
9. Targeting a specific corporate segment. (Ex: System integrators Co.)
10. Handling all technical and financial offers when needed.
11. Preparing the Visitation plane according to the weekly target. (Minimum 12 Visit Per week)
12. Making the customer card for every client with fully data.
13. Preparing the sales report and daily activity report to the direct manager.
14. Follow up with the training manager on the starting dates of the classes to promote to our courses in the orientation day.

Regarding Weekly Job, it is His responsibility to:
1. Preparing competitor analysis for Cisco tracks.
2. What are the competitive Ads? (Electronic Ads, News paper Ads,)
Regarding Monthly Job, it is His responsibility to:
1. What's new in Cisco world?
2. Preparing Full information about Cisco Tracks from Cisco Academic Site. 
Regarding Documentations, it is His responsibility to:
Make sure that the Sales File is complete and updates:

1. Cisco Pre sales job description
2. Q1 Target
3. Q1 Sales strategies.
4. Company Profile
5. Technical courses Description
6. updated Price List 
7. Registration form
8. Students TAF
9. Visa Al Ahly bank requirements
10. Competitor analysis for Cisco tracks. 
11. Weakness and strength points regarding Cisco course 
12. Copy of  certificates ( IBM, Unesco, Lane Community College)
13. Courses pamphlets.
