1. Fluent French and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent German and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent Turkish and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
3. The position will be one of a home working in quiet environment and will require a speedy laptop / desk top PC , Internet connection speed 1 Mbps.
4. Advanced technical skills, including ability to easily navigate multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
5.A passion for helping and delighting customers.
6. Must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, resourceful and able to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
7. Any gender.
8. Previous Experience not required.
