A Customer Support Engineer (French speaking)
Department: Egypt TAC "Africa & Middle East Technical Assistance Center"
job summary: Providing E2E support for customer Requests of the Covered Regions
Requirements:
1) 0-2 years of Experience in the following telecom fields, "Wireless 2G 3G, OSS, CS and PS CORE Network, Transmission, Fixed Access, Data Comm"
2) Fluent French is a must
3) Excellent Communications skills
4)Fast learner
