Field Sales Manager – ZAGGAZIG/ MANSOURA ,

VACANCY: Field Sales Manager – ZAGGAZIG/ MANSOURA , EGYPT 

### FOR ZAGGAZIG/ MANSOURA RESIDENTS ONLY ###

For a multinational FMCG in the field of Baby Nutrition 

PURPOSE: Manage, coach & motivate Medical Representatives (MR) to gain HCP (incl. KOL) recommendation to drive and contribute market share for Baby Nutrition brands in the assigned region. Build and lead a team of Medical Representatives (MR) to become credible leader in infant nutrition and trusted partner for HCPs with pride. 

EXPERIENCE: 3-6 yrs.

SCOPE: 
-Plan and monitor MR activities:
Check daily/weekly/monthly MR performance & reporting (recommendation rate, hospital listings, no. of calls, symposia etc.), review results and insights with Medical Sales Manager, build up regional business plan reflecting the divisional objectives

-Analyze results by area and set objectives for MR: 
Analyze and consolidate KPI results, set objectives per MR area and support MR in working out action plans

-Enable execution of campaigns: 
Coach team to enable excellence in 
o detailing, 
o building credible & value added HCP relations, 
o reporting market insights & results to MSM 

-People development: 
Deliver individual in-field coaching and plan appropriate training offering with Medical Training and Effectiveness Manager and/or HR to develop MR skills. Ensure succession planning in time. Talk and live the DBN business ethics & CODE.

-Build credible & effective team:
Provide team with all business relevant information (priorities, promotions, stocks, prices, etc.), organize regular team meetings to identify and share best practices to build and update regional plans and to motivate MR, engage and release staff after clearance with MSM and HR. Get and keep best candidates.

-Manage key HCPs and regional KOLs: 
Build credibility and trust with key HCP and KOLs, manage key decision takers of top hospitals, coordinate cross-functional teams for key customers

-Plan, manage & monitor A&P budget: 
To optimize regional cost effectiveness, maximize ROI and efficiency of all company resources e.g. Investments in key-accounts

-Be an active member of the National Medical Sales Leadership team: 
Participate actively in team meetings & share best practices also cross-functionally, contribute pro-actively to National Medical Sales strategy and tactics, take leadership in solution building, demonstrates ownership for team decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
•BSc. of Pharmaceutical Science / Chemistry / Nutrition / Biology / Vet (Medical Background).
•Very high commination & presentation skills as well as leadership skills. Technical Knowledge & high sense of commitment are a MUST.
