Help Desk Specialist

Job Role: Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, act as a first level support for network, user account and mail problem.

Job Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Products and Operating systems, good knowledge of hardware maintenance and basic knowledge of network and domain infrastructure. BIMS software knowledge is a plus.

1 Year working as an IT Helpdesk specialist.
